How to Relieve Anxiety Attacks - Two Tips to Cure Your Panic As Fast As Possible Without Medication

I remember the first time when I was struck by the anxiety attack. Sitting uneasily in a small room with people around me, I felt like shouting out. Fresh air was what I needed the most at that time. Now I am completely relieved from those horrible anxiety attacks due to some professional advice and well trained self help skills. If you are determined to live without anxiety in the rest of your life, I am going to share some killer tips on recovering from anxiety attacks completely.
The first tip that I have learned during my battle again panic attacks, and this may be the most important tip of all, is to forget about the fact that you have had anxiety attacks before. Many situations could remind me of that time when I was attacked by anxiety for the first time. For example, a small room, a similar table or even when people are talking about the same topic. The more associated I got with the bad experience, the more frequently that the attacks occurred. Therefore, if you want to relieve anxiety attacks, this is the most important step that you should take.
The second tip that I learned after saving myself from devastation is to equip yourself with self help skills. As soon as I sensed any sign which indicated that a panic attack was lingering nearby, I would do something to eliminate it in advance. I usually walked quickly outside and take some deep breath.
In conclusion, these two tips helped me to overcome the recurrence of the panic attacks that frequently visited me before. In particular, I learned when it might come up, and took action before the anxiety did anything to me. Then I learned to consider myself as a normal person who had never been bothered by anxiety attacks.

Pros and Cons of Medicating Anxiety and Panic Attack Symptoms

Those who regularly suffer from anxiety and panic attack symptoms are in constant search of relief. Of course there is no shortage of anxiety and panic attack treatments; there are of course those that are better than others. With so many options on the table if can become quite difficult to make the right choice, and the stakes are high, so you want to be sure to make the best choice possible.
You may be familiar with the choking sensation, sweating, shaking, feeling faint and that insanity or death is just around the corner. Ridding yourself of these nightmares may be something you dream of on a regular basis; sadly it is quite uncommon to achieve this.
One of the more popular treatments for panic and anxiety attacks is medication, so I think it is relevant that is pros and cons are looked at to see if it really does earn its place at the top of the list of panic and anxiety attack treatments.
We will begin with the pros:
1. Convenience - Medications biggest advantage must be that of its convenience. Packaged as a pill practically anyone can swallow, medication is very simple to use. Besides this, medications are always readily available from your doctor or local drug store.
2. Speed - Another major pro for medication is that you get results almost immediately. This is unquestionably a huge advantage for those who suffer from anxiety and panic attacks.
3. Effectiveness - As one would suspect, medication of course does work. By sticking to your prescription the frequency of your panic and anxiety attacks will drop quite drastically.
Now let's take a look at the cons:
1. Side effects - Yes, after all this time, most medications still have some form of side effects. And while they do give relief to some users, sadly some people end up worse off than they were. Until medications can curb these terrible side effects, they simply can not be considered a universal cure, unlike treatment from natural cures for panic and anxiety attacks.
2. Tolerance - There is a major reason why medication should be used sparingly and only when necessary. Medications are very similar to alcohol, after repeated use, you body builds up a tolerance to them, and after a few months, medication just may not do for you what it once did.
3. Impermanence. - Effective as it is, medication simply avoids the problem. It may reduce the frequency of our panic and anxiety attacks, but it will never eliminate them as it does not attack the root of the problem. Therefore medication should serve only as temporary relief until a cure is found.
With all this said, medication is still worthy of recognition as an effective anxiety and attack panic treatment. But I do not think it deserves a place as the top choice. Instead, one should turn to a natural cure, yes cure! By choosing a natural treatment for your panic and anxiety attacks you will be winning the battle by killing panic and anxiety attacks right at their source, and working towards ridding yourself of them forever.
